More fallout from last night’s wild Bolts-Preds game in Nashville.

The game, which featured a series of controversial moments and 35 minutes of combined penalties in the third period, could now come under further scrutiny after TMZ obtained video of Lightning forward J.T. Brown smashing a fan’s phone while going down the visitor’s tunnel.

More, from TMZ:

As Brown was sent off the ice, Preds fan Brendan Johansen began to heckle him ... and that’s when Brown reached up and smashed the cell phone.

We spoke with Johansen who says he’s not mad and isn’t taking any legal action -- but says he hopes the Lightning will spring to get him a new phone ... because his screen got shattered in the mayhem.

Brown caught Preds d-man Roman Josi with a big hit midway through the final frame (Nashville went on to win, 3-1), and was then on the receiving end of a equally big hit from Ryan Ellis, who received a five-minute interference major and game misconduct.

Following a melee, Brown was given a roughing minor and 10-minue misconduct.

PHT has reached out to both the NHL and Lightning regarding the phone incident. Check back for updates.

Update: Lightning PR replied confirming the club is aware of the Brown incident, but didn’t offer a comment on the matter.
