An injury has forced the Anaheim Ducks to shake things up in their crease.
The team announced that Frederik Andersen, who started and won Anaheim’s last two games, is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
Look for Anton Khudobin to dress as the backup goalie in Sunday’s tilt against Los Angeles.
ROSTER MOVE: #NHLDucks recall goaltender Anton Khudobin from the @SDGullsAHL. Goaltender Frederik Andersen (upper-body injury) is doubtful.

To sum up, Gibson will start, Khudobin should back up and Andersen hasn't been traded. #confirmed #standdown

Khudobin was assigned to AHL San Diego on Dec. 15. This is his first call-up since he cleared waivers and went to the minors.
The 29-year-old had a 4-4-1 record with a 2.60 goals-against-average and a .911 save percentage with San Diego.
In other Ducks news, they also placed defenseman Clayton Stoner on injured reserve with a hip flexor.
