GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) The Jan. 16 game between the New Jersey Devils and Arizona Coyotes has been pushed up to noon to accommodate the Arizona Cardinals playoff game later that night.

The Devils and Coyotes were originally scheduled to play at 7 p.m., but the game was moved because the Cardinals are playing their NFC divisional playoff game at 6:15 p.m.

University of Phoenix Stadium, home of the Cardinals, and the Coyotes’ Gila River Arena are both in the Westgate Entertainment District.

The buildings are essentially across the street from each other, so Coyotes fans would have had a hard time finding parking with so many Cardinals fans expected to be at the playoff game.
