Older Minnesota hockey fans will recognize the team’s “new” Stadium Series alumni game jersey.

The alumni roster will be wearing these jerseys when they take on the Blackhawks alumni team at TCF Bank Stadium on the campus of the University of Minnesota on Feb. 20.
The alumni teams will face-off the day before the Stadium Series game between the Wild and ‘Hawks.
The alumni uniform looks similar to the last one the Minnesota North Stars used before moving to Dallas in 1993. The main difference is the Wild logo on the left shoulder.
“It’s fun to put on this jersey. I think the fans will get a kick out of watching us play on Saturday just because of the rivalry in the past,” said former North Star and Minnesota native Neal Broten said in a team release. “I think fans will remember the games we used to play at the old Met Center against the Blackhawks. It should be a fun game, and then of course, the game on Sunday will be packed.”
