The Florida Panthers, coming off a victory over the New York Islanders on Tuesday, will reportedly get Jaromir Jagr back in the lineup Thursday on the road against the New Jersey Devils.
Jagr, 43, didn’t play Tuesday due to the flu, however he was back at practice the following day, according to George Richards of the Miami Herald.
The Panthers are looking to leap ahead of the Tampa Bay Lightning into fifth in the Atlantic Division.
Jagr is also continuing his charge through the NHL record books.
If he scores tomorrow, Jagr would move into sole possession of fourth all-time in NHL goals with 732 over the course of his illustrious career. He’s currently tied with Marcel Dionne in that category and 10 goals behind Brett Hull for third all-time.
BTW Jagr definitely playing #FlaPanthers
