Tyler Johnson can’t catch a break this season.
After missing three games due to an upper-body injury between Nov. 16 and Nov. 21, Johnson returned for two games before going back on the shelf for three more games.
Johnson was able to play in Tampa Bay’s last two games, but again, he’ll be forced to miss more time after re-aggravating his injury.

#TBLightning Cooper said Johnson didn't come back too soon. "He's having a tough run in injury department. Something he's not had before."

The Bolts will host Capitals tonight before taking off for a three-game road trip that will see them play in Columbus, Toronto and Washington.
The Triplet Line of Johnson, Nikita Kucherov and Ondrej Palat were reunited in Thursday’s 4-1 win over Ottawa, but they’ll have to wait for their center to return from injury before they can do that again.
