Here’s the latest from the Beleskey-Zucker ‘incident’

Despite objections to the contrary -- many of them colorfully written in our very own comments section! -- we try not to make mountains out of molehills here at PHT.

We are, however, responsible for covering and analyzing the NHL news of the day.

So with that said:

-- Boston forward Matt Beleskey won’t face any supplemental discipline for his slash on Minnesota’s Jason Zucker at the end of the Bruins’ 4-2 win on Thursday, per CSNNE. Beleskey wasn’t penalized on the play and, at the time of writing, there doesn’t appear to be any fine coming, either.

-- Despite staying down for several minutes and needing help off the ice, Zucker avoided injury.

-- Today, head coach Mike Yeo said Zucker would be in the lineup on Saturday, when the Wild host the Predators.

Beleskey, presumably, will be in for the Bruins when they host Toronto tomorrow night.
