Jack Eichel came into Saturday’s game with five goals in 13 games, but he still hadn’t registered an assist.
That all changed against the Canucks, as Eichel picked up not one, but two helpers.
As you can tell from the video above, his first assist came on Jamie McGinn‘s second period goal.
Eichel’s first primary assist came less than six minutes later when he set up Rasmus Ristolainen‘s power play goal:
