Hey, did you hear that the Boston Bruins traded Tyler Seguin?
All joking aside, Seguin had one heck of a game against his former team, as he generated a hat trick (and counting?) for the Dallas Stars in Boston.
His hat trick can be seen in the video above.
(We’ll also see if the Stars can protect their current 4-2 lead against the Bruins and end up with the win.)
Too little surprise, Seguin’s strong night is generating jeers from jilted B’s fans.
Apparently that first tally helped Seguin reach a milestone faster than anyone in his draft class:
.@DallasStars' Tyler Seguin scored the opening goal in #DALvsBOS to become 1st player from 2010 #NHLDraft to reach 300 points (136-164—300).

All due respect to Taylor Hall and others, but at this pace, Seguin will be tough to catch.
.@tseguinofficial has his 7th NHL hat trick & 6th w/ @DallasStars. His other 3-goal effort was Nov. 5, 2011 w/ BOS. pic.twitter.com/KpyhQjW6Ln

Loui Eriksson scored two goals tonight, in case you’re wondering.
Update: The Stars managed a 5-3 win.
In other tough news for Boston, Chris Kelly’s out six-to-eight months. See how he got hurt here.
Also, here’s video of Antoine Roussel’s slew foot on Zac Rinaldo.
