The New York Rangers made it to the Stanley Cup Final last year while the Anaheim Ducks upgraded over the summer by adding forward Ryan Kesler after being eliminated in seven games to the eventual champion Los Angeles Kings. Both squads naturally entered the season amid high expectations and so far they’ve lived up to them.
The Rangers and Ducks lead the Metropolitan and Pacific Divisions respectively and are serious contenders for the Presidents’ Trophy. That should make for a great game and you can watch it on NBCSN or stream it via NBC Sports Live Extra:
