Charlie Coyle scored a pair in regulation while Roman Josi had both Preds goals.
Dubnyk made 25 saves to improve to 21-5-1 with a 1.67 G.A.A. and a .939 save percentage to go along with five shutouts in 28 straight starts.
The Wild have a three point lead on the Winnipeg Jets for the first wild card spot in the Western Conference and trail the Chicago Blackhawks by five points for third in the Central Division.
