Veteran forward Tim Jackman has earned himself a new contract from Anahiem -- on Thursday, the club announced that Jackman’s inked a one-year, $700,000 extension.
Jackman, 33, has scored five goals and seven points in 48 games this year and leads the Ducks with 84 PIM. The well-traveled grinder -- he’s played for the Blue Jackets, Coyotes, Kings, Islanders and Flames during his 12-year NHL career -- is also averaging 8:32 TOI per game and has been a willing fighter, leading Anaheim with eight scraps.

As for he financials, the $700K is a slight pay bump for Jackman, who’s currently on a one-year deal worth $637,500.
