Since first 20 games, which teams have improved/deteriorated at puck possession?

To come up with the following table, I simply took the score-adjusted Fenwick for all 30 NHL teams in their last 20 games then subtracted the score-adjusted Fenwick from their first 20 games, after which I adjusted my glasses and re-read The Hobbit.

Notes:

--- Maybe a bit of a surprise to see the Kings in the top spot, given they’ve won just eight of their last 20. But when you consider the sub-par goaltending they’ve been receiving, it starts to make some sense.

--- No surprise whatsoever to see the Wild at the bottom. They were playing good possession hockey to start the season, only to be let down by their goaltenders. But nobody -- goalies, forwards, defensemen -- has been playing good hockey of late.

--- Don’t worry, Blackhawks fans. Your team has still been very good at puck possession. It was just unbelievably good over the first 20 games.

--- If you’re not yet paying attention to the Winnipeg Jets, it’s time to start. These guys are for real.

--- Maybe Paul MacLean was part of the problem?
