Tyler Johnson had a pair of goals as the Tampa Bay Lightning leapfrogged the Montreal Canadiens for top spot in the Atlantic Division with a 4-2 win Tuesday night.
Tampa Bay has now won both meetings between the two clubs this season. The loss snaps Montreal’s six-game winning streak.
Dale Weise opened the scoring at 15:07 of the first period; however, it was all Tampa Bay after that.

Brett Connolly gave Tampa a 3-1 lead at 18:16 of the second period and Johnson’s second power play goal with 22 seconds remaining in the period gave Tampa a 4-1 lead.
