Another Pittsburgh Penguin is showing signs of the mumps — forward Beau Bennett, who has been quarantined by the club, per GM Jim Rutherford:
Jim Rutherford: “We have one player that has the symptoms for mumps. It is Beau Bennett. We don’t have the tests back yet.”

Bennet’s test results are expected back on Tuesday. News of this latest mumps case comes in the wake of Sidney Crosby’s diagnosis with same virus — a confirmation that came after he showed up at the Pens’ facility with a rather swollen-looking jaw.
In response to Crosby’s appearance, the Penguins offered this up on Monday…

But also this…
Beau Bennett, who might have mumps, visited Children’s Hospital last week. The kids he met are being tested.
