Winnipeg Jets winger Evander Kane received a game misconduct and five-minute checking from behind major for a hit on Anaheim Ducks defenseman Clayton Stoner on Sunday.
Stoner dropped the gloves with Kane after the hit, generating a two-minute roughing minor. We’ll see if the Ducks take advantage of a three-minute power play as a result.

Kane, 23, hasn’t been suspended during his NHL career, even with a very physical style. We’ll see if that changes.
