The Vancouver Canucks’ voyage into the center of the hockey universe has been a Saturday nightmare.

Canucks goalie Ryan Miller was pulled before the midway point of the second against the Toronto Maple Leafs, after allowing four goals on 14 shots. The Leafs jumped out to a 2-0 lead after the first period, and goals from Peter Holland and Joffrey Lupul less than two minutes apart early in the second period chased Miller from the net.

Eddie Lack entered the game for Vancouver.

The Canucks entered the game with a 3-1 record on their current seven-game road trip.
