Islanders goalie Jaroslav Halak, Lightning winger Ryan Callahan and Flames goalie Karri Ramo have been named the NHL’s three stars for the past week.

From NHL.com:

Halak posted a 3-0-0 record with a 0.95 goals-against average, .964 save percentage and one shutout to help the Islanders (17-7-0, 34 points) win three of four starts and complete their best November in 34 years.

Callahan registered 3-2—5 in two games, tying for third in the NHL in goals and fifth in points to power the Lightning (16-6-2, 34 points) to a pair of victories and a share of first place in the League standings.

Ramo went 2-0-0, stopping all 58 shots he faced to record a pair of shutouts and lead the Flames (15-8-2, 32 points) to two wins in three outings.

Halak, if you’ll recall, actually started the season a bit inconsistently, finishing October with an .889 save percentage. That number has since climbed all the way up to .926 as the Isles (17-7-0) have improved their goals-against average from 29th in the NHL into a tie for 18th.
