Former New York Rangers captain Ryan Callahan has his first goal against his former team.
Callahan put home a beautiful feed from Lightning captain Steven Stamkos, on a power play, to give Tampa Bay a 2-0 lead in the first period Monday night.
Callahan now has seven goals and 14 points in 14 games this season.
The 29-year-old was the Rangers fourth-round selection (127th overall) in 2004 and spent parts of eight seasons in New York.
Callahan was dealt to Tampa Bay in March along with a pair of draft picks for Martin St. Louis.
