Kris Versteeg started Chicago’s game against the Detroit Red Wings on a line with Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane. Then he was taken off of it, per Chicago Sun-Times writer Mark Lazerus.

Needless to say that’s one play Versteeg wishes he could redo. It’s worth noting though that aside from that gaffe, he has been pretty good lately with two goals and four points in his last four contests before tonight’s game.
Patrick Kane evened the score at 1-1 just 5:07 minutes after Luke Glendening’s goal.
