According to NBCSN hockey analyst Bob McKenzie, top prospect Connor McDavid will see a hand specialist on Wednesday.
Connor McDavid has had his X-ray, the only word for now is he has suffered a hand "injury" and will see a hand specialist tomorrow.

McDavid injured his hand Tuesday night in a fight.

McDavid missed Mississauga Steelheads’ forward Bryson Cianfrone with a punch and connected with the glass instead. He left the game immediately favoring his right hand.
According to the Erie Otters, McDavid is out indefinitely. Here is the official statement:
Erie Otters forward Connor McDavid suffered a hand injury during the second period of tonight’s game against the Mississauga Steelheads. He will visit a hand specialist Wednesday for further examination. McDavid is ruled out indefinitely.
Tuesday night was McDavid’s second career fight.
The 17-year-old has 16 goals and 51 points in 18 games this season. He is expected to be a top two pick at next June’s NHL Draft.
