Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Luke Schenn will miss up to two weeks with an upper body injury according to the team.

Schenn was injured following a hit from behind courtesy Avs’ forward Nathan MacKinnon during the first period of Philadelphia’s 4-3 win Saturday night.

The 25-year-old appeared to be favoring his left shoulder as he left the game.

MacKinnon will reportedly not receive supplemental discipline for his hit.

Schenn has two points and nine penalty minutes to go along with a minus-5 rating in 14 games this season.
