The Minnesota Wild thought they’d pulled to within one with just over three minutes remaining; however, the goal was disallowed.

The Penguins later added an empty-netter for a 4-1 win.

Here’s a look at the disallowed goal:

Post-game, Wild coach Mike Yeo wasn’t interested in talking about the goal, which would’ve made it 3-2, with plenty of time for Minnesota to find the equalizer.

Yeo also revealed forward Zach Parise suffered an upper body injury during the second period.

Nick Spaling, Brandon Sutter, and Chris Kunitz scored for the Penguins giving the visitors a 3-0 after two periods. Patric Hornqvist added the empty-netter as the Penguins extended their win streak to five games.

Nino Niederreiter had the lone Wild goal.

Thomas Greiss made 33 saves in the win while Darcy Kuemper stopped 18 shots in the loss.
