Flames’ Raymond (shoulder) goes on IR, as Jones is activated

Flames winger Mason Raymond has been placed on injured reserve with a shoulder injury. His status is week-to-week.

From the Calgary Sun’s Wes Gilbertson:

Raymond leads all Flames forwards with five goals, so his loss is a significant one for a Calgary team (5-4-1) that’s off to a surprisingly good start.

Jones has played just one game this season, back on Oct. 9; he’s been on IR with a lower-body injury.

The Flames host Montreal tonight and Nashville Friday, before embarking on a five-game road trip.
