Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman has left the game against the Vancouver Canucks due to an upper body injury according to Erik Erlendsson of the Tampa Bay Tribune.

According to Erlendsson, Hedman suffered the injury in the second period. After taking a shift at 8:51 of the middle period, Erlendsson noticed Hedman was no longer on the team’s bench.
