Miller suffers upper body injury in Bruins win

Bruins rookie goaltender Niklas Svedberg made 32 saves for his first career shutout as Boston blanked the Buffalo Sabres 4-0 Saturday night.

Dougie Hamilton and Zdeno Chara scored first period goals while Torey Krug and Carl Soderberg added second period markers.

Hamilton also added an assist and finished with a plus-3 rating in the win.

The news wasn’t all good for Boston however as defenseman Kevan Miller suffered an upper body injury following a first period fight.

The Bruins have now won two of three while the Sabres have won just on of its’ first six to start the season.
