The odds of Toronto’s Randy Carlyle being the first coach fired this season are 5/2, according to online bookmaker Bodog. That makes him the favorite, which isn’t likely to shock people, but some might be surprised to see Flyers bench boss Craig Berube listed as the third most likely (4/1). (The Score)
