Former NHL player Rudy Poeschek has been charged with dangerous driving, driving while prohibited, and assault due to an alleged incident that occurred in Kamloops, British Columbia on July 5, according to the Vancouver Province.

The details of the incident haven’t been released, but he is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 9.

Poeschek was previously sentenced to 60 days in jail in 2005 after driving on lawns in Tampa while his five-year-old daughter was with him.

The 47-year-old played in 364 career NHL games with the New York Rangers, original Winnipeg Jets, Tampa Bay Lightning, and St. Louis Blues. He finished with six goals, 31 points, and 817 penalty minutes.
