The adventures of the Stanley Cup continued on Saturday as the Los Angeles Angels received an opportunity to get some hands-on time with the trophy. As you can see from the photo below, pitcher C.J. Wilson enjoyed his moment:

(You could probably try to make a “throwing a meatball” joke considering the foodstuff that filled the Stanley Cup recently, but it wouldn’t be recommended.)
As cool as it is to see the silver chalice in the Angels dugout, it’s difficult/impossible to top its moment with the other Los Angeles-based MLB team:
