Paul Martin, back in the lineup after missing 18 games with a hand injury, scored the winning goal for the Pittsburgh Penguins, as they clinched the Metropolitan Division on Thursday.
The Penguins scored three unanswered goals to defeat the Winnipeg Jets by a final score of 4-2. Sidney Crosby, with a pair of assists, is up to a league-best 102 points on the season. Meanwhile, the Jets are now eliminated from playoff contention in the Western Conference.
Paul Martin spoke with the media post-game: To get that goal on the power play, it was fun for me to get back/fun to get that big win.
