A PHT congratulations goes out to San Jose forward Bracken Kearns, who scored his first NHL goal last night at the age of 32.
“It was amazing, absolutely amazing. It felt so good,” said Kearns, per CSN Bay Area: “I’ve dreamt about scoring in the NHL since I was a kid, so it’s an amazing feeling.”
The goal gave the Sharks a 3-0 lead over the Ducks in a contest San Jose went on to win, 3-1, snapping Anaheim’s 10-game winning streak in the process.
