Pittsburgh Penguins’ forward Matt Cooke went to knock a puck out of the air, however he seemed to clip Ottawa Senators defenseman Erik Karlsson with his stick, instead.
The incident occurred just past the midway point of the third period in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinal.
Cooke escaped without a penalty. An interesting non-call, given Karlsson was called for diving in the second period. This video is no longer available. Click here to watch more NBC Sports videos!
