Former St. Louis and Nashville players are joining forces to help those affected by Hurricane Sandy.

On Nov. 10, Blues and Predators alumni will play a charity game in Tennessee with proceeds going to storm relief aid.

Those on the Nashville side include J.P. Dumont, Stu Grimson and Lane Lambert; Blues players will include Kelly Chase, Tyson Nash and NHL on NBC broadcaster Darren Pang.

This is one of several charity hockey games put on since the lockout began on Sept. 15:

-- In Vancouver, Canucks defenseman Kevin Bieksa orchestrated the “Bieksa’s Buddies” game featuring teammates Daniel and Henrik Sedin and singer Michael Buble.

-- In Chicago, former ‘Hawks forward Adam Burish organized the “Champs for Charity” event that reunited most of the 2010 Cup-winning squad.

-- In Minnesota, Zach Parise and Ryan Suter headlined a charity game with funds going to Defending the Blue Line, an organization ensuring children of military members can participate in the game of hockey.

As for other upcoming charity events -- on Nov. 17, Winnipeg Jets players and local police will play in a game with proceeds going to the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
