NHL Director of Player Safety Brendan Shanahan has ruled that Nashville’s Shea Weber will not be suspended for boarding Jannik Hansen during the Predators 5-1 loss to Vancouver Thursday night.

Weber will, however, be fined $2500 -- money that will go to the Player’s Emergency Assistance Fund.
