Artem Anisimov will be back in Chicago’s lineup when they take on the Montreal Canadiens on Sunday night.

Anisimov was injured in Wednesday’s game against the St. Louis Blues and he didn’t return to that game. He also missed Friday’s tilt against the Caps.

Before getting hurt, he was riding an 11-game point streak. He has eight goals and nine assists in 14 games this season.

Earlier this morning, Anisimov skated on the Blackhawks second line between Marian Hossa and Artemi Panarin, while the top line was made up of Ryan Hartman, Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane.

That’s quite the promotion for Hartman, who’s more of an energy player than a point producer.

“Hartsy can bring energy, can make plays, get to the net. He knows how to do his thing,” head coach Joel Quenneville said, per CSN Chicago. “But playing with those two guys – we’ve tried some guys over the last little while here. We’ll see how it turns out; but certainly Hartsy, over the course of the game, based on how he was playing, I liked how he responded to the challenge of going up there.”

The ‘Hawks will face a stiff test in the 13-1-1 Canadiens. Luckily for Chicago, Carey Price played last night, which means they’ll face Al Montoya tonight.
