It isn’t easy being Calgary Flames defenseman Dennis Wideman.
At least, not lately.
Sure, his 20-game suspension was reduced, but he still missed a huge chunk of time and a substantial piece of his paychecks.
Wednesday presented more of an on-ice problem for Wideman, as he left tonight’s game against the Winnipeg Jets with an upper-body injury and will not return.
