There was a scary incident during Saturday’s game between the Calgary Flames and Pittsburgh Penguins.
Flames defenseman Jakub Nakladal took a stick to the eye during the second period and had to leave the game. He did not return. Calgary snapped a seven-game losing streak with a 4-2 victory over the Penguins.
Flames coach Bob Hartley provided an update on Nakladal following the victory:
"There's blood in the eye but there's no serious damage. We think he should be good to go in the next couple of days." - Hartley on Nakladal

In 12 games with the Flames this season, the 28-year-old Nakladal has one goal and two points.
