Finally, some good news for the Montreal Canadiens.
Carey Price, who’s been out since Nov. 27 with a lower-body injury, has started skating with his goalie equipment.
Price has been skating without his gear for a while now, but late last week he hit the ice with his equipment during a closed practice session at the Bell Center.
Earlier this morning, RDS recorded visual evidence of Price skating with his equipment.
It’s kind of a big deal in Montreal.
This Habs season has officially hit peak weirdness with two all sports stations going live for 15 minutes to a goalie skating by himself

Price hit the ice for roughly 45 minutes on Monday morning.
The Canadiens are in San Jose, so no one in the organization has provided an update on Price’s status. If the last few months are any indication, don’t expect them to divulge any more details regarding this mysterious ailment.
