Zack Kassian has a long way to go to turn his story of struggles to something more inspiring, but he’s already traveled a bumpy road to his latest goal.
He collected his first tally as a member of the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday. You can see it in the video above.
The big forward found the net in his fourth game since being recalled from the AHL, so it’s not as if it took Kassian that long to make an impact.
Of course, Edmonton wants to see if he can do it more often while also excelling off the ice.
