Video: Schenn flattens Krug, fights Miller

WPXlTPcO8vhn
Brayden Schenn sends Torey Krug flying and Kevan Miller takes exception, as both players drop the gloves and exchange blows in the corner early in the first period in a playoff atmosphere in Philadelphia.

Didn’t take long for the Flyers and Bruins to get things going on rivalry night.

Just over four minutes into Wednesday’s game at Wells Fargo, Philly forward Brayden Schenn laid a pretty healthy bodycheck on B’s defenseman Torey Krug -- which led to Krug’s fellow d-man, Kevan Miller, challenging Schenn to a fight.

(As seen above.)

The scrap was Miller’s second this season, having tussled earlier with Arizona forward Joe Vitale. If you don’t remember that scrap, check it out -- the bout was one of the NHL’s more lopsided of the year and, unfortunately, left Vitale with a fractured orbital bone and a concussion, injuries that still have him sidelined.
