The good news for Brad Malone of the Carolina Hurricanes: he didn’t get suspended for his hit on Columbus Blue Jackets captain Nick Foligno from Friday.
The bad news? He’s playing against Columbus again tonight, so the Blue Jackets have the opportunity to provide a more informal brand of “supplementary discipline.”
