The 2015-16 season hasn’t been kind to Tyler Ennis.
Coach Dan Bylsma announced that Ennis is considered “week-to-week” with an upper-body injury.
The Sabres forward was knocked out of Wednesday’s game after taking a hit from Capitals sniper Alex Ovechkin (above).
Tough news from Bylsma about another week-to-week injury for Tyler Ennis. Upper body. #Sabres

The 26-year-old missed two games in late-October because of a lower-body injury, and he missed 12 contests between Nov. 25 and Dec. 17 with an upper-body issue.
“I know he was just getting up to speed and getting back into the speed of the game and gets injured again,” Bylsma said, per the Buffalo News. “It’s unfortunate.”
Bylsma also mentioned that Ennis’ latest upper-body injury has nothing to do with the last one.
It’s a big blow to the Sabres, who’ve had a tough time finding the back of the net this season.
