The Columbus Blue Jackets shared more information about Brandon Dubinsky’s health, and they even specified that his “upper-body injury” is actually elbow-related.
The Blue Jackets revealed that Dubinsky is expected to miss about two-to-three weeks with that injury; he’s been placed on injured reserve.
After beating the Pittsburgh Penguins on Friday, they turn around and face the Arizona Coyotes tonight. Dalton Prout will be a healthy scratch while Kerby Rychel gets a chance to make an impression on John Tortorella.
He won’t need to worry about prior baggage, either.
Like all #CBJ players, it's a clean slate for Kerby Rychel under John Tortorella: "I know nothing about him. I know his name."
