With a game against the Dallas Stars just hours away, the Detroit Red Wings announced some lineup tweaks.
For one thing, Andreas Athanasiou (pictured) is expected to make his NHL debut after being recalled from the AHL.
Perhaps to make room for Athanasiou, the Red Wings also placed defenseman Kyle Quincey on injured reserve. Then again, maybe it was really to make room for Mike Green, who’s reportedly ready to jump back in the mix.
