Matt Greene isn’t exactly a star defenseman for the Los Angeles Kings, but with the way things are going, the sinking team needs all the help they can get.
It appears as though Greene may have aggravated ... whatever it was that he hurt during the pre-season (which they weren’t forthcoming about then, either).
About the only thing reporters could squeeze out of Darryl Sutter is that the coach hopes Greene can practice soon, and again, it’s probably related to the mystery ailment that may or may not be an upper-body injury.
(Kudos to the Kings for making murky information like “upper-body injury” seem like a revelation.)
Matt Greene “being evaluated now” for injury, per hockey ops. We’ll see if Sutter says anything shortly.

Sutter said Greene's injury was related to preseason ailment & was maintenance-related. "Hopefully he'll practice tomorrow. We'll just see."

So, how do Kings fans feel about all of this?
One guess:
