After trading away Martin Jones, the Los Angeles Kings have signed a backup for Jonathan Quick.

Jhonas Enroth is the new No. 2, inking a one-year deal reportedly worth $1.25 million.

Enroth spent 2014-15 split between Buffalo and Dallas. The 27-year-old finished with a record of 18-26-2, 3.07 goals-against average and .904 save percentage.

Those aren’t great numbers, but on a better defensive team, Kings management will be hoping they can improve.
