The NHL’s motion to dismiss a class-action lawsuit brought by former players over concussion-related injuries has been denied by a United States District Judge in Minnesota.

This, of course, does not mean that NHL has lost the case. Rather, the judge has only ruled that the case should be allowed to proceed.
