Video: Ducks’ Jackman suffers a lower body injury

The Anaheim Ducks lost forward Tim Jackman early in the first period tonight in Dallas.

Jackman collided awkwardly with Stars’ forward Ales Hemsky and needed assistance getting off the ice.

The Ducks announced that Jackman suffered a lower body injury and would not return.

Entering tonight’s action Jackman had five goals and seven points while averaging 8:29 in time on ice in 52 games this season.
