Saad scored the winning goal for Chicago with 27 seconds remaining in regulation, giving the Blackhawks, down a goal heading into the third period, a 4-3 victory over the Habs in thrilling fashion.

The Blackhawks have now won five in a row, and eight of their last nine. Chicago jumped out to a two-goal lead against the Habs, then conceded three goals, before Jonathan Toews and Saad scored in the third for the win.
Habs center Lars Eller left the game with an upper-body injury and did not return. The Canadiens announced via Twitter that forward Sven Andrighetto has been recalled from Hamilton in the American Hockey League.
