The New York Rangers are the latest team to be hit with the mumps disease.

The team announced Saturday that forward Tanner Glass, who missed Friday’s game, will be isolated from the team until Monday.

“All people who came to Tampa Bay should get themselves checked out because you don’t know what could happen,” Rangers coach Alain Vigneault told reporters.

The Minnesota Wild, St. Louis Blues and Anaheim Ducks have dealt with the mumps disease already this season.

Both Corey Perry and Francois Beauchemin missed games. Defenseman Clayton Stoner is currently out of the Ducks lineup battling the disease.

Additionally, Rangers defenseman Dan Boyle will miss Saturday’s rematch with the Flyers due to flu-like symptoms. Boyle is listed as day-to-day and will be replaced in the lineup by John Moore.

J.T. Miller, who was recalled from the Hartford Wolfpack on Friday will replace Chris Kreider, who has left the team to be with his family following the death of his grandfather.

The Rangers will look to improve to a perfect 3-0-0 against the Flyers this afternoon. New York has out-scored Philadelphia 5-0 in the previous two meetings.
